Should we inquire MTL or NVC about what’s wrong with EBs’ ILs?

Of course we would like to know as to what is happening with EBs ILs, but whom will we ask/email and if we do, can we hope to get responses from anyone at all?

Congrats! What email address did you use to send the inquiry to NVC?
