I've just seen this post, condolences for your loss. So obviously the job offer won't apply to you, ignore my previous reply. But what do you mean you 'applied for I-824'? Are you in the US now? https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/eligibilitysection204lreliefsurvivingrelatives

Hi, I am in Canada now. My attorney applied I-824 to transfer the case to NVC. Now the case with NVC documentary Qualified.

So far i know we don’t need to upload any scanned doc again. AP is a different thing

Okay that's good to know. The website made it sound like we need to upload the documents before the interview.

On the MTL website (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/MTL-Montreal.html#pre_interview_checklist), it says:

"Bring the originals of all required documents, as well as one photocopy of each. You must also upload these documents to your online application. The Consulate will not upload documents for you."

When I use the link to open my application, it opens the CEAS website (https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx)

But I can't find where to upload the documents. Any help, please?

What category of visa are you in? You should not need to upload anything. This is most probably referring to the NVC package for those who uploaded documents. Just print all docs and bring to the interview session.

Usually when do they provide DS5535 form over email? Few days before interview?
@AnnaSalu

All I had seen, before my own case, was that they would send it during or right after the interview. That is all I had heard from others. Now, fast forward to my own interview, I received the link to the form in the same email as my interview letter. Which is technically over 1.5 months before the interview date! Someone else also confirmed they received the link to the DS5535 in the same email (at the time of interview letter).

Got DQ today. Feel free to update the spreadsheet.

PD: Dec 3, 2021

I-526 approval: June 25, 2024

DQ: Dec 9, 2024

IL: TBD

Congratulations @Saphrin, your timeline in google spreadsheet does not match with the one posted above. Can you please confirm which of the two is correct ... It is amazing to receive IL within 6 months after approval of your I526 petition.

Yeah just noticed the error with the dates. Hopefully the spreadsheet gets corrected. I only got DQ about 6 months after I-526 (June->December). Still waiting on Interview letter, which I anticipate will come December 2025.
