@EternalWait

I received my interview letter on March 18th.  The interview is scheduled for April 15th.    I was going to update the Excel file but it appears my entry has been deleted.

Congrats.  could you please share your timeline a little?  How long did it take for you to receive interview letter from the consulate after your CEAC case status turned to Ready? Thanks!

@Halioak - I noticed my CEAC case status changed to "ready" about ~5 days before receiving an interview letter via email.  Time from receiving interview letter to actual interview date is ~28 days.

Do EB5 petition follow timeline similar to EB 1/2/3 category ? FB category advances on a shorter timeline with variance between each sub type.

Yes priority is given to family over employment. So your dq date will be processed in the same timeline as the other employment groups. There is no priority within the employment group. Eg eb1 is not processed any faster than eb3

It's not priority per se, but rather that there are few limitations on IR/CR categories in the same way there are visa limits on employment and family preference categories.

I didn't check my case status regularly, so I don't know.

Has anyone seen reports of anyone from any categories getting letters this month for May interview dates? There has been none that I have seen and still no update on the website in 2 months. It is so wild how inconsistent they are with everything... I wish I could understand the logic to help have a better guess of when we will be called....
