You can track your green card on the https://egov.uscis.gov/ website with your receipt number. What’s your current tracking status on the egov website?

Thank you. Yes, I have checked my status, the following is what it shows:
"On January 23, 2025, we received your USCIS Immigrant fee payment for your Permanent Resident Card related to your immigrant visa. We will be processing the request for production of your Permanent Resident Card. You should receive your Permanent Resident Card within 90 days of your entry into the United States or within 90 days after your USCIS Immigrant Fee payment is received. If you do not receive your Permanent Resident Card, visit the USCIS Contact Center webpage at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

So, it hasn't been 90 days, therefore you cannot submit a request.

You can create a MyUSCIS account here, if you haven't already.  It's useful as you can track all petitions going forward.  https://my.uscis.gov/

Thank you. I have created a MyUSCIS account, but I cannot add my case into MyUSCIS, because it asks to provide "Online Access Code", I didn't receive this kind of code during my application. I have Case #, Registration #, Receipt #, I don't know where the "Online Access Code" comes from...Did you receive the "Online Access Code" during application?

Depending on the stage, you’ll receive a prompt message:

Stage 1: “We have received payment for this case number and are currently processing it.”

Stage 2: “We have ordered the printing of your Green Card.”

Stage 3: “Your Green Card has been mailed.”

Maybe you can try to contact them for update. It seems they haven’t produced the card yet.

Thank you so much for sharing your details here. It seems that I am still in the stage 1...I will try to contact USCIS for update. Thanks again.

It's very likely on one of the NOA's you received.  In the header.  Check your records or request a code.

Thank you so much. I didn't have the code in my NOA and just sent a request for a new Online access code.

It's definitely easier to have the access because any future renewals or petitions can typically be filed through it, in addition to the tracking.

If you haven't already, sign up for USPS Informed Delivery.  I knew from Informed Delivery that our greencards had been mailed before the notification was issued that they had been sent.

Got it. Really appreciate your help!

I received email from USCIS after submitting "Requesting a new Online Access Code", USCIS says:

"After careful review, we were unable to generate a new Online Access Code associated with the Receipt Number you have provided. To view the status of your case, please go to our Case Status Online web page."

So I cannot add my case to MyUSCIS, this option of checking status doesn't work for me.
