Hi everyone! I'm back in this group. For some reason, VJ didn't work for me in India. Life happened and I had to move to India so I transferred my case to Mumbai in Aug 2024. Sadly, I never got my IL even though I should have got one. Mumbai seems to have really slowed down with EB interviews. For anyone considering moving their EB case to India, please keep this in mind.

Now that I'm back in Canada, I just transferred my case back to Montreal. EB1A, DQ date is Sep 2023 and PD is current.

Hopefully, I get an IL soon since Montreal has already reached Jan 2024 DQ dates. I'll keep everyone posted.

Please fill in your timeline to help others, thanks.

Hi. May I ask when you crossed the border? Its been over 100 days for me, I am still awaiting my Green card to be mailed. Any insights will be helpful. Thank you!

I crossed the border Jan. 24 in Buffalo, but an officer forgot to verify my docs in the computer system and they didn't catch it until I crossed the border at YYZ on Feb. 2. It was delivered last week.

Hi all, I recall earlier in the thread a few people had a good Canada-U.S. tax accountant they would recommend.

I have some investments including property I own in Canada, and I know things will get complicated soon on both sides of the border. If anyone has a good recommendation based in Toronto or New York, please DM me!
