@Wcr984 I see your tracker status in sheet in 100 days from DQ your IL was scheduled. It seems you are successfully expedite the process being Healthcare worker. Can you please share more details?

They finished their journey back in 2023. Most people are not still on this forum. You can look through his previous comments for further information. I see he then went into AP anyway

My regular still-waiting-be-patient automated email from NVC is around every 60 days between the 21st and 23rd of the month. My next email is due next week.

If I'm in the next sweep of letters, should I expect not to get an email next week? Or will I get the email before the IL? Or YMMV?

The emails are being sent from the NVC, so as long as your case is still at NVC, you'll automatically receive the email. Depends on the timing I guess, you may receive the email, and then your case may be sent to the consulate 2 days or 2 weeks after.

There might be some pause in issuing ILs this month or next month due to US election (personal thought though)

Hi everyone, this is my first comment in this forum.

I'm about to submit my EB2-NIW application. My lawyer says that I'm allowed to choose the Dhaka consulate (I'm from Bangladesh) vs the Montreal one (I'm a Canadian PR). However, I could not find any information regarding employment-based interview timelines from the Dhaka Embassy.

In this scenario, would you prefer choosing Montreal or Dhaka?

Thank you!

Montreal should be faster. Btw, are you submitting i140 or it’s approved?

Are you resident in Bangladesh? It makes sense to request that consulate if you are.

It might be complete wishful thinking, but every 60-day letter I've gotten from NVC, reminding me that I'm still in the queue, was sent on exactly the 60th day around the same time of day (middle of the night), so it's automated.

I didn't receive an email today, which would've been the 60th day from the last letter.

If that's the case, I might be in the next round of ILs.

DQ Oct. 2023.

Thanks for you reply! No, currently living in Canada, but have a Bangladeshi passport.

I got my automated "just be patient" email this morning :) so the wait continues. Please let me know if you have received yours yet.
