Question: can we file a WOM for delay in getting an interview call? 
 

folks are filing WOM who are in AP for 6 months plus. However not issuing an interview call itself  is a delay when it’s supposed to be first in first out. Can the government be sued for this delay?

@New_123We called them a week after our medicals I guess to confirm if our medical reports were sent to the consulate for confirmation and were orally confirmed. We did ask for records for our copy and they emailed it to us later. All the best!

thanks, @ACC24!  did they send you just the vaccination records or did they send an email confirming that the medicals were submitted to the consulate/anything else?

I did mine with Dr. Lyndon. His office called me yesterday and told me they have gotten all the results back, and was assembling the report. It would be sent via eMedical and I would be getting a confirmation email this morning. 

I got the email this morning, with the vaccine record and medical info sheet from eMedical as attachments. I checked CEAC, it was still the old last updated date, I assume it'd be updated sometime this week or early next week.

They just emailed us the vaccination records

that's great, @ALC, thank you! I think it takes a day or two to get updated on CEAC.

Looks like Dr. Randall Lee's office doesn't send a confirmation email; only a phone confirmation like @ACC24 mentioned. I do see the updated date has changed for me on CEAC, but it's two days prior to when the doctor's office say it was submitted 😅 So, I don't know if that's an issue.

Why did panel Dr email  you the vaccination records? Did you bring the proof of vaccination/immunization with you or panel doctor vaccinated you?

My "Case Last Updated" shows 6/21 now, it must be the medical results being recorded.

Amazing! that should be the medicals then. 

Mine initially showed 6/16 while the doctor's office said they submitted it on the 19th. then it showed 6/21 late last night and now shows 6/22 - not sure what's happening. did anyone in the forum see this happen?
