Thank you for your information
1. Can you give me the link to the spouse forum discussion on TELUS Health Care Centres?
2. I just searched for the medical examination hospital in Montreal, but found two different information(Web page and PDF), so is there another option besides TELUS Health Care Centres?

file:///C:/Users/pipic/Desktop/%E6%A1%8C%E9%9D%A2/%E6%96%B0EW3/MTL%20-%20Montreal.pdf

QUEBEC
Medisys Corporate Health LP
500 Sherbrooke St. West, 11th Floor
Montreal, QC, H3A 3C6

Unfortunately, I live in Montreal, I can only choose to have a physical examination in Montreal

3. Can antibody tests and vaccinations be carried out in general pharmacies in advance, and then go to designated places for physical examinations?

1. The link is here:

2. Medisys was bought out by TELUS health in 2018 and the clinic is not located at the corporate office.  It's best to use official sources that list acceptable centers and their location.  Montreal Consulate website: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/MTL-Montreal.html#med_exam_instructions . Montreal has one approved provider; there are only 5 across all of Canada, 3 being in Ontario.

3. You'd have to call the pharmacy and find out if they can do the test and how long the results will take.  It's significantly cheaper and easier to do vaccines in advance of your medical appointment.

@LetsGoFast @Monash  @Ibbs @DrJh07  @Alice Any IL news ? EB1s are getting invited with DQ's early 2022. I thought you should have gotten your ILs too,  although I guess some of you guys became victims of the latest retrogressions :(  .
Please let us know.
@ALC I assume you didn't get yours either?

This is Alice, not received IL yet...

You are so amazing thank you so much!

@Lkkclub123 Can you please tell me the cost of the examination? Unlike other places in Ontario where I can easily find the cost, I can't find anything on their website.

I much prefer to go to Montreal than Toronto because my wife and my daughter are in Ottawa.

Thanks in advance!

I left a note to my lawyers yesterday asking about being skipped over, they said they will send a note to NVC, though they aren't sure how useful that'd be... and then they said this, whatever that means...

"Please note, NIW cases are being treated separately from EB-1A and EB-1B cases at the consulate."

540 CAD

We finished our EB2 interview today morning and were told "APPROVED" by the CO after the interview. By 4pm, CEAC status is updated to "ISSUED" and next is passport waiting time :)

Regarding the interview, it was very smooth and quick. We went inside around 8.40am and were out by 9.40am. The lady who checked our documents was very nice and Consular officer was even more nicer, smiling and gave us a very positive vibe right from the beginning. They never asked for any single extra document other than what is mentioned in the website and questions were very simple ones that are already consolidated by many VJ members in the spreadsheet( Ex., What is your current role? Did you travel outside the country apart from US/ Canada? What is your highest education for both myself and wife? )

Happy to answer any questions anytime.

Those of you who did your medical via Dr. Randall Lee, do they mail you a medical packet to your residence take to the interview? or do they submit the results to the consulate directly on your behalf? If they send directly to the consulate, I wonder how they send it? e.g. fax, email, snail mail, or courier?

@Steggles They send the medical report to the consulate directly - not very very if its electronically sent. But we confirmed by calling the doctors office as to when was it sent and also asked us to email a copy for our records.

Can you help me to see if the police certificate of Identification Canada can be used in our interview? Because I didn't see the name of this company in the list of RCMP, thank you!
