 saw yesterday a case approuved from Cali with Sept 14th pd. Cr1 category. 

Anyone with same pd that got approuved recently?

Do you have any updates on what month/day California service center is processing currently? 

I can't find any new case approuvals today. And I'm less than two days away from my case anniversary 😔

I see late september is getting approved.  I wish they speed up.  I saw one member filed in Nov 2021 got RFE.   So it looks like NOV 2021 files are on the table.  GO CALIFORNIA,  GO USCIS

Since those of us following this thread are in theory all processing at CSC, wondering if we can compare notes on the new processing time tab in the online account. 

 

My PD is 01/18/22 and my online account currently shows 3 weeks. 10.5 months would be early December,  so I would have expected the estimate to be longer.  I submitted a K3 in March, but it looks like California doesn't respond to K3 submissions like some of the other service centers do. 

 

Obviously we know the new processing time data probably doesn't actually mean our cases will be approved by then, but curious to know what others are seeing and if by chance some actually DO get processed according to the estimate.

Cali doesn't go with estimate . Most of us are still waiting since Sept-oct-nov 2021. 

My pd is oct 5th and today mark my i130 anniversary 😢

The message showing to most of us waiting since last year is (your case is taking longer than estimate. You don't need to make any action for now) 😅

They are currently processing cases between sept 15 and 20th, but no new approuvals these past two days according to lawfully and visa journey, they have been processing September cases for over two months now and not done yet or any time soon.

One person in Nov 2021 california claimed he got RFE couple of days back.  He did not come back and give us any more status here.  It looks like as you said SEP is in full progress,   hopefully they will speed up as their fiscal year started this week

I got approved yesterday .. RFE sent 3rd october i send it back 4th october they changed to activately reviewing and sent approval notice then change case to cas approved 5 of october 

 

all that came from cali sc so be hopeful i just share that because i see that people are stressful and pessimistic so not to be i submitted my case 2nd of november 2021 .. k3 sent 17 dec 

 

pray for me for the NVC stage to be fast because embassy dates are long in my country

Congratulations 🎊 I really see your approuval as a beautiful exception. Cali is still processing sept cases currently. Do you think your k3 helped?

I see one California case approved in the timeline.  NOA1 10/4/2021.  NOA2 10/5/2022.  It is taking a year.... Go Calif,  Go CSC,  GO USCIS
