hello there, this is joy. my visa symbol is K-1. i am new to this site. i was so relieved to see this website. I'm clueless to get some infos. I'ts just so nice to know how eager you are to hear out and help people like us.

Now, this is my case, i already done my medical examination last june 8 and my visa interview last june18 this year. After my interview. i was called up in the releasing window and i got a pink paper for visa delivery fee payment BUT with a sheet of paper called 221(g)or temporary refusal.enclosed of the letter it was said that they are unable to complete processing of my visa application (under section 221 (g) of the immigration and nationality act). and they said that they must review my case before it can be processed further and need to wait for a letter from thm telling when i can return to the embassy with the documents marked above for another appointment. but they didnt marked anything of it. I already paid for my visa delivery at delbros. I wanna know if you know some cases same as i encounter right now. is it possible for the embassy to grant me a visa the fact that i have 221 (g) letter? does it mean im denied? i am really worried. do u have idea how long does it take for me to receive the letter from embassy? waiting are making me crazy but i really dont want to give up on this.

if you will kind enough can u pls send me some advice about my case. i would be really grateful for ur response that i can get.thanks Lots...u can talk to me & snd a message 2 my email mrs.simpson1612@yahoo.com

You are in AP/AR ( Administrarive Processing / Review ) and they will contact you when completed or if they want more evidence

from you.

You can call DOS at 202 663 1225 ( press1, 0 ) for a case update.

There is no timeframe and nothing you can do but wait.

We are on AP for 7 month now.

Best wishes and hope you will get the visa soon.
