Did you send tax return copies, or IRS transcripts?

We sent everything. My wife wrote down a 4 pages statement and signed up. We have a lot of affidavits especially whole apartment owner.
I am curious if anyone sign a Taco Bell receipt with same signature that signed to any official paper..

i printed out from irs web all doc.
shortly, we have provided with all detail and official detail response. There is not any problem with my response. Problem, they claim they did not received.

Pretty easy to fake an IRS tax transcript and the NOIT (NOID?) says USCIS believes they are fakes.

u focusing on the signature but the signature is not the only reason they sent u NOID. there's a lot reasons based on what u posted.

to answer ur question : yes.if its taco bell credit card receipt that i need to sign and not just random receipt that has no weight, i always have same signature. in fact i only have 1 signature since the day i was born and never changed it

Oops…I missed there is a criminal record…?

Criminal record (“DV” charge and jail from a gf OP had after marrying), infidelity,  no one home during home visits, accusations of forged documents, going to school on a B visa, living separately at times.

In the DIY WoM post, OP noted that 99 percent of the time, USCIS is willing to settle. This is a 1 percent case.

Ouch…then I would guess the attorney argued true love survived…. maybe even sprinkled Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton anecdotes 😂

does everyone sign everywhere with same sign?

Of course! Why wouldn’t you? A signature is part of your identity. This is like asking me “hey, your first name is Rocío. Do you use that same name when you sign up for the gym and when you make a doctor’s appointment?”. Of course you do! Especially looking at the broader picture of your case.

I am sure I will miss details of your case here, but thanks to @Mike E for reminding us of the background.
You have a criminal case against you. That’s serious enough to guarantee the need of a lawyer (and for the record, I’m the biggest advocate for DIY). Also, your wife wrote a statement consisting of four pages. Four pages!!! I’m afraid this is a case of disclosing too much information that might end up hurting you. Statements are usually weak evidence, but one should be careful on what to include in a case like yours, because it might end up incriminating you.
Same with the H&R Block tax returns. One can easily fake those… but not the IRS ones.

Yes, immigration can be DIY… but not in a case like yours!

This could be an example of trying to use affidavits (very weak evidence) when more credible documentation (joint lease/mortgage, health insurance, bank accounts, will, living will, power of attorney, driver's licenses, credit card statements all showing the same residence/address and financial co-mingling for both husband and wife) didn't exist or was fabricated.  Seems like the officers reviewing your case were questioning the bona fides of your marriage relationship.  OP, what evidence, other than lots of affidavits and IRS tax transcripts did you send with both the I-751 and N-400 to support your claim that the relationship is genuine?  I'm helping my husband prepare for his combo interview tomorrow morning (I-751 and N-400), and we have organized hundreds of pages of documents that show we have lived at the same address and co-mingled our finances for the last four years. Not one affidavit or written statement by anybody as we don't need it.

And presumably,

* you lived with your husband continuously since “resident since”

* your husband does not have a criminal record involving a gf while married to you

* USCIS will have no reason to think his IRS tax transcripts are fake

* your signatures have been consistent since the day his immigration journey started

* either no USCIS officers made a home visit or if they did, they found you both living there

* if USCIS asked either of you if you owned a TV or a car, you would answer the same

* your husband did not enter the U.S. on a B visa and then go to school.

* if USCIS officers presented badges to a former landlord, the landlord would had no problems confirming you both lived there.

Now maybe some of the above applies in your husband’s case. But if VJ’s terms and conditions permitted gambling, I will wager all of the above does not apply to your husband’s case.
