My wife and I pretty sad now. To be honest I don’t even talk. I am so sad. I just talked to someone on the attorney office, suggest to file new i751.

Probs the best idea.

So, if I file new I751 ( seems I don’t have any better option) I need to wait around 2 years again? And rfe (respond to NOIT again). A lot of problems since attorney forgot to put a part of address?
also I have been suggested to file I290B

Boy O Boy!!

So you said a coworker at a campus house? You were married and staying on campus? Then again you said happened at her house? So which is which?

You're not being totally honest here. So, best wait and see what happens to your case.

Are you really from the UK? I'm doubting this too because your English is wanting.

This doesn't pass my smell test. I'll be Mike-E-ing

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

My understanding is that I290b works when there has been a mistake on the part of USCIS, which isn’t your case

Suggestion was filing I120B because USCIS said they did not receive response when @xxD says they did...

Gotcha. I must have missed that part.
But the issue I see here is that there are so many other red flags apparently, so I don’t know if I’d go with an I-120B..

Someone asked me and I answered.
so, signature is noting. Because she has a 2 names and even the bank, check she use 2 different signatures one include initial. That’s all. Tax papers I am sending them for 6 years all detail. I can write a lot of things but shortly, whatever proof that I send, they have concern. Guess, they say you have bank account but we don’t believe. I sent 7x12 months statement 7x12x4 pages :)  anyway, the attorney sent million support at this time but she missed the address. Denied. I hope this would not be anyone

I hope you are consulting a different lawyer if your current lawyer cannot properly address and mail a package.

You do not need to wait to re-file. You can refile at any time. HOWEVER, you still have to overcome the issues that originally came up that caused your first I-751 to be called into question. Sending "a million" pages will not solve your problem. You and your spouse need to very carefully go over every single shred of evidence you have that shows you have a bona fide marriage and correct any mistakes, gaps, missing information, redundant information (sending returns AND transcripts is part of this!), etc. QUALITY evidence is key here, not the sheer number of pages.

If your relationship is not bona fide, your efforts will fail. Full stop.

The thread has only focused on the issues raised by the 10 page NOIT. Those were addressed by the attorney in the response and packet timely FedExed and delivered to USCIS main location.

An I-290 B is the immediate solution ( as in file TODAY with complete copy of original submission and FedEx receipt) and insures his place in line after a 3 year wait.

He will know within 3 weeks if I-290 B is accepted AND retains the option to file new I-751 if they reject it off the bat.  Do remember to check off both motion to reopen and motion to reconsider on the form.

I-290 B does not require that USCIS made a “ mistake “  , one is allowed to present new evidence that was not available to USCIS at time of denial. ..such as the entire mission response submission.

1. Yes there are red flags. It could be. For example, they have house check but we were not at home. They called the whole apartment owner ( 20 units) they found the phone number on lease agreement, apartment owner talked to them 15 min to explain my life with my wife. And neighbors too (during house check)

this claim and another claim is in the NOIT.
It seems, they would like to see RFe, but since some suspicious things, they sent NOT.
I have been last interview about 2 years ago, they wanted to confirm what is going on.
- signature is totally b... Why? The signatures, one of them has middle initial but another one didn’t have. There are 2 signatures. She didn’t sign a Chris Columb map. Tax also same b.. . I sent all company papers, HRblock and irs forms.
- on the NOIT, they say they tried to call me. But I didn’t answer. Bro, how can I know you called me? Is there any voicemail or any sign you are calling. How many unknown call you get during the day? I would say monthly at least 20-30. Anyway. All claims are b..shot on the NOIT. So, this process has been done. There is nothing no one can do. I submit all my answers with all detail, but they denied because they didn’t receive. I will try to contact them if not file a new one. There is nothing more to do. (Except i290)

Please don’t write here to write or make joy. I don’t know how to close this account. If know I will close. Or any king admin can close my account. Best

I thought users were trying to react to how serious your situation is; you can say *expletive* this, and *expletive* that, but at the end of the day, you are the one who has to follow their rules, and comply with what they want to see.

I am sorry you want to close your account. You can report your thread and they will close it.  Or you can leave it as is, and come back in a few weeks/months, to update everyone and confirm that all is well in the end. Take care.
