A WoM is just to get their attention, nothing personal and everything I have seen is that it is not taken that way. The filing fee is $400 and something, the big chunk of change is the Lawyer fee.

Married 2016

Received conditional green card 2017 (with interview)

Applied for removal condition - 2019

applied for N400 - 2020

N400 interview - 2021 and 1 month from this interview, called for I-751 interview

Talked to senator and applied for interview result 2022 (1,5 year later than N400 and I751 interview)

Received NOIT - January 2023

Provided NOIT request - 28 days later than NOIT receive date (applied with attorney and holding Fedex receipt. it was a priority and same day shipment, Fedex case updated as "delivered")

RECEIVED DENIAL NOTICE -  REASON: dear uscis response " USCIS terminated your conditional status for failure to respond to the Notice to Terminate." OFFFFFFFF

Note: I applied for expired I-551 and they sent me a new one and at the same day my N400 case has been updated " We are actively reviewing your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time. " a month ago. So, today denial notice updated only my N400 case. Not i-751 case updated on online.

What was the NOID for?

The NOID;

-my wife's signatures on the papers is fake,

-our policy bills created for purpose,

-2 answers out of 15 questions did not match during the interview,

-they called me during their comprehensive invesrigation and I didn't answer,

- 5 years, 5 times tax return statements are fake

- they visited house and we were not at home (they called apartmant owner and asked about our living room wall color too)

I have provided 1 million page to them for every 1$ payment to all IRS statements. I am not writing here all of them, 1 million absurt page...

I can understand everyting but it must not be soo absurt to make a innocent people so sad in this world, especially in this country.

The denial states it’s for failure to respond..but OP says he hired an attorney to prepare NOID and apparently FedEx it on time.

If so, perhaps  the lawyer was unable to rebut the accusations of forging signatures and government documents.

A lawyer would use all svailable ways people who are inadmissible manage to stay in the U.S. indefinitely with work authorization.

Me and my wife sent thousand of documents. She wrote a statement. Sometimes she adds her middle initials to signatures. I am asking generally, does everyone sign everywhere with same sign?
also, I have shipment receipt / delivered.

my concern is, why N400 denied and why still i751 is quiet? Hard to estimate any logic behind uscis

Did you find a lawyer?   Your case is not DIY.

USCIS believes:

* she did not sign

* she does not live with you

* your tax returns are fake

yes.

because I-751 is denied

It is quiet because your I-751 was denied.

If you do nothing, you are going to get a Notice to Appear in front of an immigration judge. You will have a final opportunity to make your case for removal of conditions. If you fail, given your criminal record, I expect you will be deported.

With the I-751 denied for failure to respond, it means they have not weighed the value of the response / evidence .
Assuming there was no mistake on mailing address ,  it’s a guaranteed approval of the I-290 B to get I-751 back on track . Granted they don’t believe OPs marriage is real and really took apart everything …

To salvage the N-400 , one would need to file N-336 now .

Curious on what attorney strategy will be.
