NVC just updated their timeframe and it says they are on Aug 24?????? Is this for real?????

At this point they are just messing with us. Last week they said July 128th in the Spanish version and now Aug 24?? LOL

No, the Spanish version says August 4.

Spanish version says Aug 4th... ugh.. So obviously a typo on English site.

Well that’s understandable. So I stand with my expecting to be DQ in the next 2-3 weeks. It’s okay though. God still will get me and everyone else through this🙏🏻🙏🏻

I submitted my documents on Aug 19 and the backlog then was around 70 days I guess. Now the backlog is 60 days. Yay. So another 15 days to DQ.

Also I checked the English version and it's correct on 4-Aug. Maybe they have corrected it.

Initial submission may 26. Received RFE and submitted aug 5 on the same day. Woke up this morning and finally DQ!!! Good luck everyone. Now its time to wait a year for the Mexico consulate appointment, but at least our case is moving forward.

Congrats on DQ hopefully it's a short wait for your interview. May I ask what your RFE was for?
