Yeah it is what it is. Some people got reviewed the next day. But at this point we really don't know how they do things. Good luck to you.

I hope that's the case for me.  God the dreaded RFE for wrong version of divorce decree for beneficiary -- yet I submitted the right one right away.  But today is Friday, so hoping I'll know tomorrow (Sat?) or Monday that I am fully DQ'd.  Everything else was accepted.  Good luck on  your continued journey my dear. ❤️ 

I have also submitted my wife divorce document immediately yesterday so I hope we will get DQ latest by on Monday.

Finally DQ'd today with no RFE!! 😀

 

I submitted my last document on August 30th, 2022. Got DQ email today morning. Looks like they're moving bit faster than shows on NVC website. On to waiting for Interview now :).

Hey, we got a RFE today for JS's 1099 2021 and for police certificates with marriage certificate... (31st August) I have no idea what can be wrong with my police certificates... With marriage certificate I submitted only translation copy, did not put an original one as a first page.

Very upset, literally have no idea why police certificates are rejected...

Sorry about that. How old are the police certificates, and what’s wrong with the marriage certificate? Were the police certificates initially accepted?

Russian one is 1 year. Korean one was issued in April 25th this year. 

With mc I submitted only notarized translation without original document in a beginning. I guess that's why its rejected.

Is this the first time you submitted the police certificates, or they got approved in the beginning and now rejected (assuming this is not your first round at the NVC given your timeline)?

Its our first time, we needed to win some more time because of work contract. So its still not so urgent to immigrate, but I just really stressed out with all documents stuff haha...
