I come with good news for you all, and a bit of bad news for myself. Just minutes ago I got an email from NVC and I thought I was DQd and got so excited. Then I checked the website and I had an RFE.

The reason was that my wife's brother-in-law was not qualified as a household member, and we were asked to add him as a separate joint sponsor. This is pretty odd, because we had uploaded their marriage certificate and everything. I know this sucks, but I'm sure won't happen to you guys and wish all of you hear good news soon.

Oh no! I’m so sorry that you got an RFE😩 but now you can fix the problem and hopefully they review your case quicker than the 58 days. I’m praying for you and hoping everything works out for you.

We uploaded the needed documents again. It took us around four hours. Hope they review it today, as I've heard it happens.

I was finally able to view the missing documents page and I resubmitted the proper document from the proper issuing agency. I hope I get lucky and get DQd in less than 60 days but at least I know I'm almost there. My AOS documents were all accepted.

That’s great. I’m hoping to be DQ any day now. My nerves are all over the place right now but I’m placing my faith in God.

Oh God.. Im am so sorry May I ask what the 1st and 2nd reason was? We got RFE for W2 (uploaded last 3 tax transcripts thinking it would be enough). Everything else was accepted so I hope they'll just DQ it now, but I suppose one never knows

Don’t give up. I know it is frustrating. I’m waiting to here from NVC any day now and my nerves are a total wreck. Hang in there. Look at it as we are half way there. I want you to all know that I pray for all of us going through this journey. It is not easy and I want us all to be with our loved ones🙏🏻🙏🏻

I don’t know if I should be angry with the Attorney or Nvc . According to the time frame I should be hearing from 

them mid in November . I just hope it’s not another RFE

If your attorney uploaded the documents - then be angry with them.  I had to double check everything because there were errors and I corrected them.  Don't give up.  The NVC probably deleted the AOS because now its including the household member, where before it showed only you?  Not sure as I can't see your system, but just upload the documents as the requested.  Good luck!!!
