The 1099 is for like if you are using assets or are self employed right?

On a good note, trend is at 56 days for doc review vs. 75 days a couple of months ago; so you may not have to wait much longer; good luck to you

Yes, I hope they will continue with this trend for months to come ... I have been looking for some info here on visajourney and a came across some threads from early 2010s - they used to approve cases in 2 weeks and people were complaining about it being too long So it's not like it's imposible for them to work faster

I received two emails saying I am dq but when I log on to ceac it says INCOMPLETE for my JS documents. When I click on it it says Application Error. Should I be worried?

The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.

NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in SEOUL, KOR to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable).

Please do NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until you have received an immigrant visa from the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General.

I just logged onto CEAC again and the issue has been resolved. Everything is ACCEPTED now and the message says DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED.
