We sent our documents on August 4, and like 20 mins ago we got an email saying they accepted all documents. I was talking to my wife on the phone and we both literally didn't expect it today anymore.

Thanks so much! I am continually praying for everyone to get one step closer to being with their loved ones. This process is long and hard but it is totally worth it

Hi! Good news to you guys!!

I got DQ email on 20th 12:30pm(EST). 
Submission date was August 31st. 

According to NVC on 18th they said the team member is actively in review my documents that I submit on 12 September(last submission date). 
Actually NVC made a mistake about my case last time so this time they finish checking early I think. 
Rest of people who submitted on August probably get a good news soon❤️

And I hope September submissions also get it too🤍

That's great news. If i may ask did you call them and was your final submission date August 31st or September 12th?

Today October 20th I got email from NVC asking for my wife divorce document. Our attorney did this costly mistake,we will submit it to them as soon as possible today.They have accepted all the remaining documents. Submission date was August 25th.

As you know NVC suspended phone call so I sent an inquiry. 
NVC inquiry replied by an email. 
My final submission date was September 12th😊

I'm so sorry to hear that😢

But I think if you upload divorce decree then you can get DQ because they didn't ask any other papers. Hang on there!
