Adding more supporting doc to a rejected application?

Hey VJers!

 

We have a random one, if our I-751 application gets rejected and sent back to us, can we add more supporting doc like state tax returns that are notarized and affidavits that were sent to us after we mailed the first packet out and send it out again? We think we might have missed a page of the form...

Yes.  However, affidavits are of no value. Also, I see no value in submitting state tax returns.  Concentrate on QUALITY....evidence normally created as part of your lives together...not quantity.

If it gets rejected , then you can add more evidences of your bonafide relationship. State tax returns are not one of them as you probably have included federal tax returns.

 

However if you get an RFE, just provide what the RFE asks for.

Rejection only happens if you forgot to include correct payment, sign the form ,,example …not because they looked it over . 
 

Why do think you will be rejected? 
Has the payment u sent cleared ?

Rejection can also happen if you do not send back EVERY page of the form, even if it does not apply to you.  This is what the OP is worried about.

 

OP:  Make sure you have EVERY page of the form, add whatever you want to add, and cross your fingers!  MAKE A COPY of what you send.
