Expedite Request Approved at USCIS though still haven't received NOA2

Thank you kindly if anyone can offer suggestions other than Emma and calling the USCIS at 800-375-5283. Has anyone has success with a USCIS Field Office?

Respectfully, my expedited request approval with USCIS is based on medical emergency as I have a brain tumor on my brain stem and need to seek surgery advice...I requested my husband be permitted to be here in the U.S. with me because I have no family or friends to care for me and I am over age 50. Now I am also having major problems with my eye and recently had to have emergency eye laser surgery before my retina became completely detached. If I didn't have these health concerns, I would never have asked for the request.

I have called several times USCIS contact because Emma is not able to help with my questions or case. August 3rd AM when I called and finally was able to obtain a representative (Ashley) told me that she could help by having a Tier 2 Officer contact me and that would be 3 days. She provided me with the "202" phone number below. However, don't bother to call like I tried because it's only an automated voice recording and it will only hang up on you.

Yesterday was more than 3 days, and I've not heard anything of course so I called and waited the 43 minutes on hold for USCIS, someone picked up (because music stopped playing)....I continued to say "hello" to emptiness and then after a maybe a minute or two - I was then disconnected.

I have emailed the DCF of the Embassy in India, and only an automated email response.

Any other suggestions since no one has called?

I am also going to contact my Governor here in Florida as well, to see what assistance they may offer - to navigate the web of confusion for US visas.

Below was the email I received on 8/3:

An immigration officer will call or email you to answer your question(s), or schedule an appointment for you, if that is needed. You will receive a text message and/or email one to two business days before we contact you. Officers will begin calls starting at 7am local time.

If you have…

We will respond to you

an urgent situation

within 72 hours, Monday thru Friday

a question that is not urgent

within 30 calendar days

a technical issue like a password reset

within 2-3 business days

If we respond to you by phone, the number that will appear in your caller ID is 202-838-2104. If you don’t have caller ID, the USCIS officer will confirm the service item number you were given when you first contacted us. If by email, the sender will be no-reply@uscis.dhs.gov.

*** Moved from Embassy/Consulate Discussion to IR1/CR1 Progress Reports -- not a consulate issue as OP's case is still at petition stage ***

Ask Emma and the USCIS hotline are your only options if you want to contact USCIS directly.  No USCIS local field office (LFO) will be involved, as your case is intended for consular processing which LFOs do not handle.  Maybe you mean USCIS service center -- no way to follow up with those directly.  Contacting the consulate in India will be pointless at this stage, since they do not have your case yet.  The consulate can't do anything with USCIS processing.

Immigration is a federal matter, so the Florida governor's office would not be the right office to ask for help.  You may request your US congressperson or US senators (there should be 2 of them in your state), to follow up with USCIS on your behalf.  Part of their constituent services is assistance with federal government agencies.  Here are the contact forms --
