I was able to find this link : https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/DS-260-Exemplar.pdf

However, I am trying to find a blank copy of blank screenshots for my husband to complete (manuscript as he calls it) prior to completion of the information online as we are also awaiting USCIS to send NOA2, before it goes to NVA for assignment of their case number.

Thank you kindly if you can provide blank copy for us to begin that next phase of paperwork.

There isn't one. The DS 260 is an active interactive form where the answer given to  one question will trigger the next question opening up .. different visa types trigger slight differences in what must be answered. The exemplar is the best you can see for previewing
