The problem is I don’t have my alien number in my passport only the receipt number.. We contacted the uscis about my alien number because I don’t know my alien number as well and they give me my alien number alone, and we are starting complying the requirements for my adjustment of status and found out that we need the noa2 as a requirement.. we tried to contact them again and they said something that makes us feel frustrated because it’s now our fault that we don’t receive and our noa2 and now it seems like we are waiting like 6 or months for it.that why we are trying to find out other ways to make my case move faster. And thank you for your reply

Do not wait any longer. You have actually had everything you need to apply for adjustment since day one( missing A # or I-129 F approval notice acknowledged)

1. Go to case status on USCIS, enter the case number from NOA1 and it will show “ case was approved “ Print and include it in your packet . You can handwrite “ orig notice not received from USCIS “ on paper and also on blank of last page of I-485.

Good Luck ! File now
