Hi,

I had my photo albums returned for my i-751 as they were not in the correct format. Where do I send the photos back to in the correct format? Would it be the lockbox in phoenix? (Which is where my i-751 was submitted). They already texted me saying they received my case and provided me the case number too but waiting for the notice to arrive in mail. I am so worried right now. I definitely should have paid attention. Anyone here did not get any rfe or any issues even without absence of pictures. I have sent plenty number of evidences though( tax fillings, bank statement, car title, plane ticket where we travelled together, lease contract, insurances, utility bills, mails came to same address and so on)

Thanks.

For your own piece of mind , you can pick a few photos ( 15 or less)  “ supplemental filing to I-751 case xxx , enclosed please find photos of married life intended for original filing”:

Send it to same address as on your receipt and hopefully they catch up to the file.

And now, please chuck the worry away, you listed a strong filing and YES cases get approved even without photos.

I am still waiting for the notice to come up in the mail. I just got text i think its because of sending them form g1145. Do I use the same uscis address where I sent my package initially?

You sent entire photo albums?

I mean i was about to send around 20-25 photos. I just felt like it would look more organized but did not realize that was not the way to send.

Do not mail any documents/photos to the initial filing address. That's just a lockbox. It may never make it to your initial package. Your i751 is already forwarded to a Service Center by the lockbox. Just wait for the NOA1 and if you want you can send photos to the address mentioned on that notice.

That makes sense. Thank you so much. Will wait for NoA1 on mail.

You already have enough evidence. No need to send the pictures unless an RFE comes.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Hi there! So we sent about 10 pictures total, with different friends/ family members, for the period of two years. We scanned them, put them into a word document, with a caption describing the event and date. For example,” dinner with friends at xxxx, November 2021”

Do not send an album, and, like other have said, people still got approved with no pictures. Just wait for the letter to see what they want. Good luck,
