@bzbee I checked my travel history online but it shows no record found, https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search

I entered my Passport No and also tried to enter my Alien Registration number

My bad, looks like that site only gives history for people who had an I-94 issued i.e. people with non-immigrant visas. Since you have a GC, you can't use it.

United States Citizens (USCs) and Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) are unable to utilize this website or the CBP One™ mobile application to look up information about themselves.

But, do not think they don't have the information. The CBP definitely has your travel history and know exactly which day you last left the US. Whether the border agent will bother look it up is another issue. If you cross at a land border, the agent usually checks your passport and GC and waves you through.

BTW, do NOT lie to the Border Agent. That is a big NO-NO.

For Ex: If you arrive via Air and if the agent asks how long you were out of US, you have to tell the truth. If they don't ask, then you are fine.

I travel twice a year to India and I don't remember them ever asking how long I was away. And it's all automated now, no one even talks to you anymore unless there is a reason. They just take the slip and wave you thru.

No but it could be seen as maintaining  some connection with domicile in the US

Travel to another country first that stamps the passport. It is possible a lazy CBP may not ask anything after seeing that very recent stamp while flipping through passport. Nothing to lose while trying everything without lying.

You were denied exiting by the Pakistan immigration authorities, not that you were denied entry by the US. If you really wanted to, there are ways to bypass Pakistan authorities and enter the US

So far from what I have seen on VJ (and to me this is one of the best sources of information) only Pakistan exit controls has this very strange practice. If you search for threads about returning residents who entered the US after a long time, they were all allowed to board without issues.

I personally do not think other countries will deny you boarding because they simply don’t have that practice and frankly they probably don’t care because you have all the valid documents to enter the US. I think the plan outlined in that thread I linked is the best plan that you have at this moment and unless you actually try it out, you won’t find out.

Bypass the FIA.

First step, get out of Pakistan - Fly to a different country first - choose a country that has visa free or e-visa agreement with Pakistan and is a popular tourist destination.

Second step - From there buy a ticket and fly to the US.

Is there any authentic source which tells we will SURELY get boarded on place having a Pakistani passport along with a Green Card and 6 7 8 9 years old US exit stamp?

No.  There are no guarantees or absolutes for these situations.
