That means it is now at the NVC stage and waiting to be input into their systems  and then forwarded to your embassy. 🎉

Update...

I have received and email from NVCResearch@state.gov that they have received my case. Please see below:

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) has received your petition and will send detailed instructions to the petitioner, principal applicant, and attorney of record (if applicable) soon.

Hello,

It been 29 days since when NVC acknowledged the receive of my approved petition, but yet to hear from them.

Please what should I do now? Thanks

Really all you can do is wait for an in transit email from them.. your embassy may be backlogged or may not have requested any.new cases yet. The wait is horrible! But just hang in there!!

I recommend waiting just a few more days, then send an inquiry here:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html

For reference, on our timeline, we didn’t get a response from NVC until 60-days from NOA2, and NVC sent our packet to consulate 75-days after NOA2

OK thanks for the suggestions. My petition was approved in June 2022, and USCIS didn't send the NOA2 to NVC until 15th October though.

Hello, pls I want to know if I have to inform NVC/USCIS about change of address at this stage. I have moved to a new apartment on November 1 2022, after my file was transferred to NVC. Thanks

Did you receive your NOA2 from USCIS in the mail? If not you may want to let them know of the change. I think once your case is forwarded to the embassy, you can inform the Embassy of the change.

Finally, I received the much awaited email from NVC. Thank you so much for your guidance all through this time.

Congrats! May I ask what is your USCIS center? Is it TSC? Are you EB? I also have an approved I-140 now (at TSC), I just worry that my case might also somehow be stuck in USCIS and not sent to NVC
