What confuses me is that large yellow warning that it cannot be changed during the adjudication process....

That is if someone is editing the address in the online petition while being processed. They simply want you to go through regular change of address process.

You can change your address as a US citizen via AR-11 online if you have a pending petition.

At the same time, I don't see anywhere that it's forbidden to file these two at the same time.

Not forbidden but N600k even if is processed within few months will likely be denied if i130 is in progress. Imagine the IO asking you at the interview "you have filed an i130 for your child, are you planning to bring him to live in the US?" You say Yes and there comes the N600K denial as it's meant for children who plan to reside abroad and not in the US.

Hmm, interesting, i'll take a look at the online AR-11.

Actually the N600K is for children residing abroad as well as their citizen parent who want to obtain their citizenship and come to the US.

Congressman’s Office requires a DL to prove you are their constituent. Try having sister be the one asking for help on their own Authorization Form ( she lists you as authorized to talk to them ) but you need to sign the other authorization required for USCIS.
You can Google the office and also get on phone with them.

depend, not all office is the same. in NYC i need to submit the DL / State ID. in Maine, they didnt ask for my ID at all. ( for congressperson office)

can look it up on house.gov, put zipcode on top right of the page to find the office info

Hi Susie,

Well the child is adopted, so even with her I130, she doesn't have to be sponsored, only my wife. She qualifies for I864W form as she becomes a US citizen upon entry to the US, she doesn't get a green card.

I do intend to move back to the US certainly and would have done so a long time ago if I didn't have to be separated from my family.

The child lives abroad as well as myself at the moment, so that would qualify her for N600K, but I don't want to start the process since like @Family mentioned, it's a long process.

At the same time, I don't see anywhere that it's forbidden to file these two at the same time.

Sponsored, i meant petitioned, as you have done. Anyway you seem convinced it’s ok to do both, imo you’re just throwing the filing fee down the drain.

No, lol :)

I actually listen. I decided not to file N600K and just wait and try to get in contact with my congressman. Thank you for your help!
