Yes, I believe the number is what you have there (800) 375 5283.

I have tried calling through that number. Didn't quite understand how to get to live agent. You might want to try out @Mbfernandes's suggestion if you want to go this route. 'Tricking' the system by saying infopass to be put through to an agent.

Ganbatte!

Thank you! We’ll call USCIS next week. Also, we’ll try Emma like you did. Maybe we’ll be able to reach a real agent through Emma🤞🏻

Hello!

Could you tell me which USCIS number you called? There is no phone number on the NOA 2, so only I know is National Customer Service Center number on the NOA 1, which is (800) 375 5283.

Thank you in advance!

Sorry for the late reply.  I called USCIS at (800) 375 5283, which is the same number you listed above.

someone please help me with the same exact message that you put in the inquiry sent to NVC to get a reply from them..  i sent mine early  last week but they never replied up to now. not sure whether my message was long or something.

Did you use the following email address: NVCResearch@state.gov?  They've always responded to me within 3 days.  However, if you submitted an inquiry via the online portal, you probably won't get a response for another few weeks.  I submitted an inquiry through the portal about 3 weeks ago and never received a response.  For NVCResearch, I just included my USCIS Rcpt # in the subject line, and then I wrote something simple like:  "I would like an update on the status of my case.  Has my petition been received by NVC?"  And I included my USCIS rcpt#, name, and my date of birth.  Good luck!

Hello all. I have my medical on Wednesday and interview next Friday. I have yet to receive this 'letter' from the embassy regarding my appointment. I have an email from donotreply@usvisa-info.com with all of my applicant info and the time and date of my interview, is this enough?? TIA

Just tried the Emma chat feature and I got some very disappointing news.

The agent stated the case, which was approved on August 3rd, has not been received by the NVC yet. When I contacted the NVCresearch email, they said they had received it and awaiting entry into their system.

Has anyone experienced this? I’m hoping the issue is that the case is received but just awaiting entry to be “received” by USCIS standards.

I would trust NVCResearch more than Emma, but perhaps you should contact USCIS and speak with an agent. At the very least, your case should have already arrived at the NVC.

Hey guys, my case got approved on August 29. It’s been 44 days so long from our approval. I tried to send a email to NVCresearch so many times and always the same answer: “The National Visa Center (NVC) has not yet received your petition from USCIS” so I’m just trying to understand how long they’re taking to send cases to NVC? If is normal what I’ve been going through because at this point Im getting worried. My fiancé called USCIS as well and they keep on saying the same thing about 90 days the total to be sent.

Is there anyone in the same situation?
