Well guys, the next NVC shipment date is this Tuesday (8). But it's Elections Day for the Midterms, some states observe it as a federal holiday (Maryland, where the nvc is, included). I don't know if they'll really send the cases out to the consulates this Tuesday. Maybe they will, maybe it will be done on Wednesday only. If anyone is notified by them this week, please update us.

I thought forwarding K1 cases to embassies/consulates would be only every other Tuesday. Is Wednesday a shipping date for K1 cases?

We haven’t got a case number yet. I have to wait for the next shipping date 11/22😔

I'm sorry 😔

Rarely sent on Wednesdays as well, so I was told in a K1 group chat on WhatsApp.

That's what I thought. My issue is that my case was approved August 18th, and it still has not been shipped by USCIS. I asked a live representative and they said that they are experiencing delays in shipping cases and that I need to wait 90 days after my approval day for them to make a request to the California Service Center to ship it. Complete BS considering that hundreds of cases approved after mine have been shipped.

Did you reach out to NVC? I was told by NVC that they received my case, but only one representative at USCIS could confirm that it was shipped. The rest of them don't see that it's been shipped. I'm not sure what USCIS tier 1 agents are really able to see on their end but try asking NVC if you have not yet!

I have asked NVC. They replied on 11/4 saying that they have no record of receipt and that they're going to reach out to USCIS to see where my petition is.

I hope they're able to get the petition from USCIS. Reaching out to your local congressman's office is a good idea as well. Good luck!

Did anyone's case get shipped to their embassy on 11/8/22?  I have not seen any updates.  I'm a June 2021 filer and my NOA2 is August 24th.  I am beyond frustrated at this point.  I will be at the 90-day mark by the time the next shipment arrives.

I just got my case number today! 🥳

I want to offer some advice to everyone here still waiting, even if it may already be know. My NOA2 was Aug 30th, so most here are likely before me. If you're still waiting on your case number, DO NOT DELAY. Contact your local Congress person. I did on Oct 27th and even though my case wasn't ready yet, they did provide a response and my receive date in a matter of days. I submitted an inquiry directly to NVC myself on Oct 25th and according to their estimates I shouldn't have received a response yet, but today I received my case number from them! I honestly think they reply sooner when your case is complete because I've heard of others receiving responses much faster then the posted timeframes. Take all avenues and stay on top. I wish everyone the best and hope all August NOA2s get their case numbers soon!

The 129f approved letter and instructions just got to my fiancés house but the date shows it expires on December 1st. It’s impossible to get the process finished since there is no date even available for interview. Do anyone know what we would do in this scenario?

The PCC takes 3 weeks by itself.

I'm not sure about the interview dates, but I know that the case expiration can be extended (almost always is right now due to delays) past the expiration date.

Called the USCIS today and begged them to give me more info and finally got some info.

After our case was approved on August 3rd, they sent the case to NVC on August 29th, a whole 26 days after approval.
Given a month to net the case and another 2 weeks to make the case number, they should be sending our case to Mumbai in the next batch (I’m hoping). Extremely disappointed they waited so long to send the case to NVC. Time is precious and these people seem to think we have tons of it.

Does anyone have any guesses on how much lead time is from being sent to NVC to embassy? I would assume 45 days or less?

I have a question, I send nvc inquiry but they only send me case number which has three letters and numbers does that mean my case is already In the system ? They also said they will let me know when our case will be send to embassy.
