I am married but my spouse is on disability and did not file tax for the past two years.

I have a family member that is willing to be a joint sponsor but I am not sure what I should do or what document to use or send it

You need to file form i-864A - in that form there a section form joint sponsor details - Also you can download instructions to fill & file i-864A from USCIS website.

Hope this helps

Your spouse and your joint sponsor both need to submit I-864 forms, along with all of the supporting documentation.  Your spouse should print out and carefully read the instructions about exactly what is required.

That is not the correct form for a joint sponsor who is not a household member.

The regular I-864, same as the primary sponsor.

This is what I mentioned I even attached a copy for him/her I think I said i-864a which is an attachment to i-864. It's understood now.

No.  You cited the I-864A, and attached a copy, and that is incorrect.   I- 864A is for household members of sponsors.   It’s NOT the same form and doesn’t apply in the OP’s case.

Sorry, but being correct matters when it comes to US immigration.
