RFE - I485

Hello I have received an email about RFE (I don't know what is about yet) my VAWA was approved last year, I think they want to know about my jobs since I received my EAD where I worked?

This is my issue, I rented out my house and that was my income, I never needed to use an EAD will that explanation be enough for them since I have not worked for any employer?

Why did you apply for an EAD if you do not need one?

Wait for the RFE . Since the I-360 was already approved it’s probably just for new medical or last minute review on the I-485 before it either gets scheduled for an interview or marked for interview waiver. 

 It will definitely not be because they want to know where or if you worked. 

 

VAWAS all apply for I-765 because it serves as valid ID, proof of  status and allows them access to public benefits.
