If your DOB got changed due to Educational certificates, and new passport's DOB don't match the previous passport's DOB, then how to deal this situation and what's the procedure of sounding Bonafide in their eyes ??

All you can do is provide a legitimate explanation. What this will do to you is will be put on a very lengthy AP after the interview. What about the birth certificate? Which one matches with the birth certificate?

All current civil documents, passport, national identity card have same current DOB..its just that I have been to US multiple times even before getting ID Card  or any educational certificate..and all old passports say old DOB..that became a whole issue now...

Let's assume there are two dates, DATE1 and DATE2

What does your original birth certificate say?  If you were born before 2001, this may be handwritten or in URDU.  DATE1 or DATE2?

What does your old B-form say? DATE1 or DATE2?

Old passport?  DATE1 or DATE2?

New passport? DATE1 or DATE2?

School leaving certificates (for example, grade 5, etc) DATE1 or DATE2?

Matric certificate? DATE1 or DATE2?

Intermediate certificate? DATE1 or DATE2?

University diplomas? DATE1 or DATE2?

Is the date simply the month and year swapped, or something different?

Why did this happen?

This makes no sense.  DOB is DOB, and unlike name and gender, it is fixed and cannot be changed.

I agree that you will be in for a long AP if you have official government issue ID (passports) with two different DOBs.  Whatever record-keeping (deliberate or not) led to that is a great example of why extended AP for Pakistani visa applicants is so common.
