Well , everyone on your old post tried to warn you that you will need to re file and make sure you address the issues in the marriage ( =reasons you wrote down in the withdrawal).

Your first excellent step was to visit home and gather more evidence of bonafides . Your next step is to sit down and detail how NONE of the negative things you said were/are true …but we’re a stressful moment in an otherwise “ loving and committed marriage “.

@pushbrkfirst alerted you to the need to do this one by one…but we keep going round and round w you blaming yourself to overreacting….question is to WHAT? What did you say in the withdrawal?

Honestly at the moment i just wanted to do anything to close the case when i was angry so i said that when the documents got approved he changed and i dont think he has good intentions. I regret it soooo much my heart hurts so much.

It just all doesnt make sense because a USCIS officer had told me to just send in a letter about what happened and that they will just re review the case but that never happened i didnt even recieve an email that it closed i just randomly checked on it last night

That doesn't sound like a withdrawal.  You are making zero sense.

Saying that now will not help. You have to address the actual issues.

What did you actually say in your letter to USCIS?  Without knowing that, we cannot help you.
