Are you looking to get full custody of your sons? Certainly, her behavior is not a healthy one for the kids to be around. You should contact USCIS to report the fraud.

 

That would definitely be a story time. I have full custody, marriage split was 2016, divorce started 2017, finalized 2018.

I would not let my child be around a person who is committing a felony. I would roll on the x-wife also let your divorce attorney know she is involved in marriage sham as well,  maybe the courts can make sure she never has a chance to ever get custody or shared custody of the kids.

The physical danger to the sons is obvious.  
 

ICE is a federal law enforcement agency and as such does not use half measures when it decides to enforce a law.  When ICE comes to her home looking for the husband and possibly her, ICE will be heavily armed.  
 

I know of people who quit working for Huawei USA because they couldn’t handle the continuous paramilitary raids by the FBI.

For those to you  too young to remember, the child is Elian Gonzalez whose mother drowned trying to bring him from Cuba to America.  His relatives in Florida on took custody and refused to turn him over to the  federal government which wanted to reunite the boy with his father who was living in Cuba and had no desire to effect.  Dozens of officers with swarmed the house where Gonzalez was living. The child could easily have been killed in the raid.  
 

Report the mother.  Get the kids out of there.  Permit the mother supervised visits without her husband or boyfriend in the vicinity.

I wholeheartedly agree with @Mike E.  Your ex-wife’s situation does not seem at all like an environment any child, much less a teenager, should be even remotely involved in.  I know she’s your son’s mom, but there are times when children need to be protected from their own parents, and this looks to me like one of those situations.

Aside from committing a crime and being around that, your son also seems to be at an age where he is forming his own personality. In our teenage years, we are especially impressionable, and to have him watch and learn from what she is doing does not seem like a healthy idea to pick up regarding relationship and family. Aside from the very obvious criminal aspect of this situation, this would also concern me. 

I can only imagine what this situation is like for you, and I just wish the very best to you and your family.

Whole things sounds a bit odd to me. Next time my ex-wife tried to speak to me about committing federal crimes I would say I don't want to talk about this. Of course, if you want to report it that's your right but I would advise staying out of it. This happens everyday and is a big part of the reason the process is so difficult for some who have honest intentions, but I just don't see how any good could come from you being involved in it in anyway.

That's my issue, I want to stay out of it. But watching some on here and going through the legitimate process myself, it feels wrong to sit by and let them sully the process.
