Our i-129f got approved  even though I'm the beneficiary didn't sign the letter of intent to marry while my fiance signed it

So If the case transfer to the embassy could the embassy send it back to the USCIS just because of this missed signature or guys please if anything I can do to avoid that

So, only the USC sent a signed letter of intent?  If so, USCIS made a mistake. USCIS should not have approved the petition. It will be sent back to USCIS by NVC, imo.  Please ask the US citizen to join us here for this discussion.

You could try writing the embassy with a copy of I-129F approval, and your own letter of intent.

Hopefully the embassy won’t reject. At the interview you should bring new letters of intent.  If the embassy requires your evidence prior to interview, send new letters of intent.
