Sounds like she took lessons from  Jeremy Dewitt’s girlfriend and is more interested in your husband than your green card.

She's definitely more interested in my husband than my green card but I'm the immigrant so she feels she can threaten me with a fraud claim

Where’s your husband in all of this? If he’s known in the State he should be able to stop this.

Many high profile marriages have survived scandals , just think Jackie O and Hillary Clinton, your green card will survive such if your marriage does,..

I am inclined to say Husband ( or you) can even file  a DIY Restraining Order based on emails, texts, YouTube videos.

He's being harassed as much as I am . Aa I mentioned it's been an 8 month ordeal , she using all kind different identities, we couldn't prove it was her until recently and that's when she began her fraud threats.

Get a restraining order tomorrow. Also, your lawyer should be able to tell you what to do if it’s true that her cousin works at USCIS and provided your personal information.

Cease and Desist letter, and/or a restraining order should be filed by you and/or husband.

If this issue comes up as you are going through the greencard process, you will be able to show that you are dealing with it.

That can also be used as proof that your marriage is real.

While not ideal, she is kind of helping you but I would only use this evidence if the issue is brought up by USCIS

*** Moved from AOS from Work/Student/Tourist Visas forum to Effects of Major Family Changes forum -- while OP's issue is caused by a 3rd-party, similar topics about immigrants being threatened to be reported for marriage fraud are discussed here ***

Maybe I missed it, but what was the nature of your husbands relationship (if any) to this woman? Have they ever met before or did she just pick him to stalk because he was "well known" in your state? Did they ever work together or have any in person contact before all of this began? Is there anything in the past that she could have misinterpreted as having been in a relationship with your husband? How does she know anything about your immigration history or know that you are an immigrant at all?

Have you tried to get a restraining order against her?

There is no relationship, there never has been, she is a stalker, it happens to well known people. She is aware of me being an immigrant but not where I am in the process , she knows this because it's public that my husband is married to a foreigner. She is obsessed with him and is trying to say they are in a relationship and therefore our marriage is fraud.

Even your husband as limited power to report marriage as fraud not to talk of a third party. USCIS will give a deaf ear to that. This is not an issue to worry about. If she likes, let her go to the president, nothing will happen. So chill. I don't even think you need a lawyer. Live your life and forget about demons threat.

Call the police and file a harassment charge, Then you have record of it and NEVER respond to that woman in any way except when your lawyer sends a cease and desist and call the police every time they harass you.

Thank you , we have not responded to anything she has posted it mailed .
