Threatening to report our marriage as fraud

Hello, I need help urgently. My husband Is fairly well know in our state, we've been together for 10 years and married 5 years . About 8 months ago this womwn began harassing my husband and sending him letter after letter , he ignored any mail from her and she got really mad and began making YouTube channels and fake accounts to say my husband has been trying to have a relationship with her. She has said she has reported our marriage as fake to immigration and that she has a cousin who works at the local immigration field office and that this cousin of hers gave her all my details. I'm now concerned that we are going to have to deal with a fraud issue. This woman is insane . Can anyone please advise me? Can someone just report a marriage as fraud? Thank you

This is not an immigration issue.  I would:

1.  Get an attorney to send her a "Cease and Desist" letter.

2.  Ignore her threat.

But , I am an immigrant we're going through the green card process, my question is can someone anyone report a marriage as fraud?

Everyone is free to report anything they want.  Based on your post, it is highly unlikely that USCIS would even take the report seriously.  Carry on & enjoy your life.

Sure they can report it, but what proof do they have? There are a bunch of butthurt ppl reporting former spouses, etc not even thinking through that they already provided proof that the marriage was real. Yelling and reporting things doesn't matter. If your marriage is honest you don't have to worry about this.

We've been living a nightmare for 8 months. We will be speaking to an attorney this week. Thank you for your reply.

Also keep in mind that USCIS is quite used to receiving fabricated reports of fraud.....sour grapes, revenge, etc are sometimes big motivators.

Op, Ignore her threats to report your marriage as fraud; they are empty threats. You know your marriage is bona-fide so don't stress yourself over that. 

Others have given your more advice on lawyer-ing up and slapping her with cease & desist. You have upper hand; not her.
