AOS - AP and Combo Card

Hi 

 

I received my EAD card (not a combo card) today, however I have an email from a service request (as I had EAD approval May 26th but never got my card so opened a service request) that said: 
The status of this service request is: Your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization and Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, were approved on 05/26/2022. Your Employment Authorization/Advanced Parole combination card will be mailed to the address on file. If you do not receive the card within 30 days from the date of this notice, please reach out to the USCIS Contact Center for additional assistance.”

However when I called the USCIS today they said that my I-131 is processing and I only had EAD approval. I need to leave the country late September and I am a bit lost on what I should be doing as next steps to get my AP - I do have an expedite request for more information - would this fall under a USCIS error? As I have got an email saying my AP was approved in May yet now it is "Processing" 

 

Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!

You'll just have to wait. Your expedite isn't warranted, unfortunately.
