My wife just had her interview on Monday. They'll told her she's approved, and they'll send the visa. HOWEVER, they also said she needed to resubmit a NBI clearance, because she just had a local police clearance. My wife keeps saying they're going to send it and she just needs to folow up with the NBI clearance, but I told her they're going to hold it and send it after she submits the NBI clearance. Who is right?
