Hey,

we just got this mail from NVC:

NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov.

We submitted all required documents. I double checked. Everything is submitted. It doesn't even say what is specifically missing.

What should i do now?

Also we just submitted last week. Why are they already sending out this email? I was prepared i wouldnt here anything back from them until at least 2 months are over.

Thanks

Sabrina

Sounds like a generic statement..... Maybe nothing is missing.

All Required documents are there and submitted.

I think it is a generic message and you should not be worried about it.

i pay bills thru online statements but still get a paper bill saying date its due when its already paid / they just overlap

Log an inquiry for details on what is missing from your submission -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html

We got the same message last year, so we called NVC to get clarification (the customer service line was still available then).  The agent said nothing was missing and that the message was just a system glitch so we could just ignore it.  We did get DQ after that, with just 1 round of review, no RFE.

We got that on our case after we submitted everything.  We couldn't see any problems and decided it was just a vague generic reminder rather than anything directed specifically at us.   We didn't do anything.  We ignored it and the case DQ'd just fine.
