Hi all, I submitted my paperwork in Dec 2020, received two extension ,enters, good till March 2023. Biometrics were waived In march 2021.. file is in Potomac, can’t inquire,can’t talk to a person. This is really slow. We had interview for AOS. Not expecting one this time as we are honestly a pretty easy case….I just don’t understand the hold up.

Unfortunately a lot of people are in similar situations. Potomac is currently processing 80% of cases in 23.5 months. If your receipt date is December 2020, you won't be able to submit an inquiry until January 2023. The inquiry date does change so you can check regularly to see if you're eligible to submit an inquiry.

I submitted my stuff back in September 2020, I've been waiting for them to schedule interview for 11 months now. Sadly its pretty standard processing times these days, not much you can really do except wait.
