passport expiration dd/mm instead of mm/dd I130

Hello, I was hoping to see if anyone has an advice. I filed I130 for my mom and by mistake used dd/mm format as printed in her passport for its expiation date (her country use day first on all official docs). I am about to file I485 with I130 receipt. Do i make it consistent and use  dd/mm/yyyy format for passport expiration date or use the correct mm/dd/yyyy format and now have I130 and I485 inconsistent? Thank you.

Why would you knowingly input something that’s wrong to make it “consistent”? Consistently wrong? Just put the correct date in, it can get sorted out at the interview.

fill it up with correct date. its not good idea to be "consistently" wrong

I agree with the others, make it correct on the I485, and the I130 can be corrected at the interview.
