for translation; Wet signature or Digital ?

Does anyone have experience with mailing to NVC or uploading documents on CEAC and whether they require the translations to have the original (ink/wet) signature/seal or are they OK with a digital signature/seal? What about the consulate at Montreal, if they ask for certified translations, can those be the print version of the secured digital pdf translation?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Ok that answers it when it's possible to upload. But when they ask the original form to be mailed, I suppose the wet signature is required right ?

The thing is I am just trying to be a cheapo here by translating my docs using a remote option 😆 And that specific remote option I am looking at does not involve mailing the original translation to me.

Vanan services offer certified translations. Download whatever they send you and upload wherever you want. They're cheap

Anyone fluent in both languages can translate documents.  Just include the required certification statement.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
