Application Status asks for documents?

Hi,

Last week I submitted all documents. When I log into CEAC, it says in the right-most column "Submitted" for all 3 parts, sponsor, joint sponsor and applicant.

However, when I go to the "Application Status" page of CEAC:

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV

It tells me that I submitted DS-260 and now need to submit all documents before they review it.

Is this normal that this status doesn't update? Or do I have to do anything else after submitting all documents?

Thank you :)

This is normal. It will stay like this until your application has been Documentarily Qualified, which is approx 75 days after submitting your documents.

What counts is the status you see when logging into CEAC, i.e. ‘Submitted’.

It will stay like that until documents are reviewed. If DQ, it will change to "At NVC", but if FE, it will still remain as is right now.

Good luck
