before expiration in 2019 i sent a certain amount of money to USCIS they sent me extension of 18th(unsure if that is removal of condition). do u know the correct process?

Did you submit an I-751 package? That is the proper procedure to remove conditions from a 2 year green card.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Make an info pass appointment at USCIS field office and get a I-551 stamp in your passport. That is good for a year

You’ll get your interview date about a month ahead of time if that helps.
