Hi

does anyone know how much time it takes for embassy to response after submitting the answers to their questionair mail
Thank  you

I assume it was the DS 5535, in that case it can take 60 days to up to 14+ months. My moms took 12 months to clear without a WOM

someone else here, took 14 months but they filed a WOM to get it moving. Without WOM, who knows how long it would’ve taken.

Ah ok. For my mom it took 2-3 days.
but you can also email and confirm if they got everything. Their acknowledgment and replies to emails are taking longer and longer

This is like the problem for everyone caught in this going forward: their response times are getting worse...

For what it's worth, I have travelled many times to see my wife in Miami since being in AP with DS-5535. So yes, but as always, it is up to the discretion of the CBP officer to let you in or not.
