How do I get travel history for the past 15 years since I no longer have my old passports and can't remember the dates of my trips more accurately. Is it a problem if i dont have exactly the day of the travels?

thank you so much

you can get the last 10 years through the I-94 website "travel History".  For the other 5 years I pieced it together through old calendars, social media photos, etc.  Just do it to the absolute best of your ability.

you could also ask for a travel history report from the Canadian Government, but I did this and it never came... https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/agency-agence/reports-rapports/pia-efvp/atip-aiprp/thr-rav-eng.html

Is there a spreadsheet with the list of people still waiting and their timeline?

Yes, there was one created by @herecomestherain but it hasn't been maintained, and no one new added since June.  @herecomestherain perhaps you could put screen names back in, put a WOM column in it and open it up to be maintained by individuals if they wish?

Hi yes I can do that. I won’t be adding people’s screen names because it’s a tonne of work for me and personally I believe it is best to keep things more private. People can look up their own cases because they know their dates and compare them to other’s.

Give me a couple days and I’ll open it up, though someone should save a copy because strangers mess public sheets up all the time.

Do you have your passport numbers at least? The 5535 requests all passports you’ve ever held.

I have the number of my precedent passport but not the passports i had held when i was kid.

The form does say to complete it to the best of your ability, as much info as you can gather, even estimates for travel - missing or inaccurate information doesn’t necessarily harm your application as they’ll look at the “totality” of the form.

I contacted Passport Canada to get them to send me a letter listing all my previous passports. It took two months, thankfully I found all of them and didn’t end up needing it.

How long does it typically take to get a response from the consulate? We emailed them on the 14th to confirm they have received my fiancé’s medical (one of the reasons we received the 221(g)), but we still haven’t heard back from them. Telus hasn’t been able to reach them either. It’s likely that this isn’t the only reason we received DS-5535, but it would be really nice to get it cleared up!

I think in the past it’s taken six weeks to get a response after sending in a missing document. May be longer now.
