CEAC No Status Q1 Visa

Hi, on July 13 I sent my passport and all the documents to obtain a Q1 visa to the embassy in Florence by courier and everything arrived at the destination the next day. 
Now when I check the status of my DS-160 on the CEAC, it always tells me NO STATUS.

It is the first time that I have sent the documents by courier, without having to do the interview at the embassy.

How many days may it take before my request is processed?
Because I know that other colleagues of mine have already received the Visa at home, in just 3-5 working days, but this is not my case unfortunately. 
My employment contract begins in two weeks, that's why I'm a little worried.

I’d suggest as a first step you contact the consulate in Florence to ensure they have received it and it is in the process queue.

I tried to send many e-mails and to call the Consulate of Florence but no one answers me, any other suggestions?
