I submit the petition for my two unmarried sons and my grandchildren, I fill taxes jointly with my husband, Our salary is enough for support all my sons and children but I have two separated petitions , Can my husband be the sponsor for both petitions ? Do I have to pay two times the AOS? Thank you !!!!!

1. Yes

2. Yes and No. Yes because you'll have to pay fees for each petition. No because AOS is not for them. AOS is for those in US. They will go get visas at the Nicaraguan embassy..Your children fall under F-1. F-1 doesn't have derivatives. So, your children will have to come in and later petition for their children (your grandchildren).

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

I'll take that back. F-1 does allow derivatives. I do apologize.

I think poster may mean affidavit of support (i864), not adjustment of status. Not clear, people use the same abbreviation for both things.
