Hello!

sorry for not completing my profile, i will do it later.

I Was in United States some months ago and i had small incident in transit, nothing serious, the officer asked my for my documents, all in order,  and i gave him my foreign license, he said he dont recognize that, then he gave me a ticket for not having a valid license (no licensed driver) then i receive a letter by mail saying that i am elegible for online bla bla bla, i did the process and then a letter was sent with a scheduled trial for August 4 (next month).

but i am unable to travel to United States, what can i do? is there a posibility to change the trial or just paying the ticket?

You should have an option to pay it online

Or you can reach out to local attorneys in the area, pay $50 and they take care of it on your behalf

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Apply for a visa.  Contact the clerk of county court and state that you will likely be unable to attend your trial in person because you don’t expect to get a visa in time.

Provide a copy of your passport photo page, your visa application, and list of countries in the visa waiver program.
