It depends on the backlog of cases at the consulate.  If you're waiting for your case to move to the US embassy in Manila, you may have to wait for many months.

Timeline

How many months is Many Months? For those who had to wait when getting their K1 Visa petition approved by the USCIS around the beginning of this year? I'm hoping at most 6 months because I'm planning to go to the Philippines in November with the hope and praying she will be able to come back with me.🙏

As discussed in many, many threads here, there is no welcome letter from NVC. They simply hold your petition until the consulate requests it.

 

You should reach out to NVC and find out your case number. You can track it here under Immigrant visas option:
